At the heart of the work is my passion, “to help companies and their people grow and achieve.” I accomplish this through gaining an understanding of the organization’s core values and strategic goals and align my work accordingly.
I have worked in the field of Human Resources for eleven years, starting with a foundational level generalist role in a start up environment and more recently in a strategic capacity as a Human Resources Director. I’ve been consulting for three years on various projects including, project management, integration, performance management, interim leadership, team restructuring, compliance, handbooks, policies and job descriptions.
Through my consulting experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in multiple industries including Food Service, Retail, Manufacturing, Medical Device, Financial Services, Advertising, Healthcare, Temporary Staffing and Professional Services. These companies range from a five employee start up environment to a 300,000 employee global organization.
I have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from St. Mary’s University and hold a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
I am passionate about working with business leaders to help them achieve their goals by optimizing the performance of their human capital and reducing risk.
